Final details to be clarified
At Eintracht Frankfurt, a commitment for the striker is apparently imminent. Like the TV channel “Sky“ reports, the SGE has agreed on a deal with Viktoria Pilsen’s Rafiu Durosinmi. Accordingly, the 20-year-old should move to the Main metropolis in the winter, the transfer fee would be between 7 million and 8 million euros – plus bonuses. The final details still need to be clarified, they say.

With a transfer fee of this magnitude, Durosinmi would be one of the 15 most expensive purchases in the Frankfurt club’s history. The top scorers Bas Dost and Sébastien Haller were once signed for 7 million euros, and the SGE paid the most money for a “nine” for record transfer Luka Jović. Durosinmi would now be the sixth center forward in the Frankfurt squad, in which Omar Marmoush has established himself as a regular at the top following the departure of Randal Kolo Muani to PSG.

Durosinmi is the top scorer in the Czech Fortuna League with six goals and six assists in eleven games; in the last market value update he went from 700,000 to 2 million euros. He has currently been out since the end of October with a torn knee ligament, but should be fit again by the start of the transfer window in January. The Nigerian moved from Karvina to Pilsen for 850,000 euros in the summer after a six-month loan and signed a contract until 2026. Most recently, Durosinmi was also linked to VfL Wolfsburg.
Sports director Timmo Hardung recently announced that the SGE would step up its game: “You can assume that someone is coming.” In addition to Durosinmi, the TM rumor mill also mentioned names like Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (FC Bayern), Sheraldo Becker ( Union Berlin) and Fotis Ioannidis (Panathinaikos).
