Wanda Nara, wife of Galatasaray’s star football player Mauro Icardi, gave an interview to Gente magazine published in Italy.
“EVERYONE KNOWS MY DISEASE NOW”
Speaking about his health, Nara said, “Everyone knows about my illness now. I am fine for now, I am in one piece. Sometimes I think that nature is wise and there is a reason why I have to face this disease and not anyone else in my family. I don’t want to look arrogant or act like I have overcome it. In the beginning “I received such a blow that it was as if I was paralyzed. When I returned from the clinic and learned about my illness, I was locked in my room for four days and could not go out,” he said.
“MAURO SUPPORTED ME THE MOST”
Talking about her husband’s support for her, Wanda Nara said, “I didn’t want to leave my room. Only Mauro came in to bring me food. He noticed everything before me and acted accordingly. He took care of me, protected me, and also took care of the children’s daily routine while accompanying me to the doctor.” “He was and still is the person who supported me the most,” he said.
“HE MADE A MARRIAGE PROPOSAL”
Explaining that the Argentinian football player proposed to her again, Nara said, “After all the years we spent together, Mauro proposed to me! We promised each other eternal love on May 27, 2014. The proposal is very new, we haven’t planned anything yet, but it was nice to receive an offer. In Argentina? We will get married, I have no idea. I swear we didn’t even have time to sit down and organize it, but all our loved ones are in Argentina. So I assume that if we manage to make this dream come true, it will be in Argentina. The truth is that I will continue the Rome – Istanbul routine until December 23rd. “Because that day the last episode of Dancing with the Stars will be broadcast. So the only thing that is certain is that we will spend Christmas in Europe,” he said.
