2nd Bundesliga: Greuther Fürth draws level with Fortuna Düsseldorf on points

Fortuna Düsseldorf was unable to take advantage of Hamburger SV’s repeated away mistake in the 2nd Bundesliga and missed out on a promotion place. Magdeburg was already helped to equalize thanks to a serious goalkeeping error by Dominik Reimann on Dennis Dressel’s long-range shot (46th). Herbert Bockhorn (4th) scored for the hosts. The Magdeburgers, without a win since October 1st, are 14th in the table. are tied on points (13) with Karlsruhe and third-from-last Schalke 04.
