The album BAUM will be released on February 2nd. You can already hear a piano ballad from it now.
Mine will release a new work in spring 2024. BAUM is the name of the successor to HINÜBER (2021), which will be released on February 2nd. You can already hear the first single from it. The musician also shares a music video for the track “I don’t know.”
“I don’t know it”:
The studied jazz singer sees her fifth record in ten years as an opportunity for a new beginning and a kind of blossoming. Furthermore, the press release for BAUM from Mine says: “I had the feeling that the rotten thing was falling away and something new was emerging, […] I realized afterwards that thematically it was also a lot about retrospective, about looking back. What happened? What has become of it?”
The single “I don’t know it” is a piano ballad, but the length of the album is supposed to be about change and not just about quiet tones. Mine wants to deliver hyper-pop, electronic music as well as boy choirs at BAUM.
