Everyone seems to recognize someone in that robot photo.” Since lawyer Claudia Van Der Stichelen (58) was shot dead in cold blood in front of her home last Saturday, the otherwise quiet municipality of Sint-Lievens-Houtem seems to be living in a new reality. “My residents want to know who killed Claudia. That led to the wildest stories,” says mayor Tim De Knyf (47), who knew the victim personally.
