On Wednesday, Hurricane Otis made landfall in southern Mexico as a Category 5. It was the most powerful storm to hit Mexican territory in the last 30 years. And without anyone being able to prepare for it. The damage is enormous and several deaths have occurred. But Mexico has not yet recovered from Otis and a new tropical storm is already in the making in the Pacific Ocean.
