The accumulation of water on the road this Thursday caused an urban bus from Malaga crashed into a wall, causing minor injuries to six passengers and the driver of the vehicle.

As reported by the Malaga City Council, the accident involved a bus on line 20 of the Empresa Malagueña de Transportes (EMT), responsible for managing urban transport in the city.

This Thursday – until 11:00 p.m. – 112 coordinated more than 1,550 incidents caused by wind throughout Andalusia, especially due to falls of branches, trees, street furniture, fences and partial detachments of cornices or facades.

In Malaga, the storm has generated around thirty emergencies due to the wind, especially in coastal municipalities, such as Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena or Malaga, where the cornice has fallen from an attic on Louis Pasteur Boulevard without causing any injuries.

Furthermore, the wind has forced divert a quarantine flight that they had planned to land at the Costa del Sol airport towards other airfields.
