In a new episode of Brood en Speelen, our reporter Thomas Brood goes BMXing at FCC Wijkeroog in Velsen-Noord. In the editorial office he was convinced that he would leave the starting hill without any fear. Once on that starting hill, our chatter squeaked differently…
“How is NH Sport insured?”, Brood wonders when he stands on top of the starting hill. Earlier in the evening, BMX rider Niels Kreuger teaches our reporter the tricks of the trade.
Competition
After some training, Brood manages to get off the starting hill. There is no real momentum and he crosses the finish line at a good distance after competing against Kreuger.
The BMX rider proposes to compete without pedaling and start 15 seconds later. “Without Niels kicking, I have to win,” says Brood before the start.
