A British man has been arrested for planning the kidnapping and murder of TV presenter Holly Willoughby.

The 36-year-old man is an arrested TV presenter by Holly Willoughby about planning a kidnapping and murder in England, several British media reported.
Willoughby, 42, is known for being particularly popular This Morning – as the host of the morning show.
Gavin Plumb appeared in court Friday in Chelmsford. He has been charged with soliciting the murder and inciting the kidnapping of a man named David Nelson between October 2nd and October 5th in Essex.
According to the prosecution, Plumb planned to assemble a “kidnapping and entrapment kit” and encouraged Nelson to travel to Britain to carry out the planned crimes.
The men allegedly created a plan online. Nelson was supposed to travel from the United States to Britain next week.
Under police protection
Viewers were worried when Willoughby was absent from Thursday morning’s broadcast without explanation. That same evening, it was reported that the host is under police protection and police are patrolling outside the Willoughby family home.
The police had arrested a man suspected of planning the kidnapping on Wednesday evening. The matter was revealed to Willoughby himself only on Thursday morning, just before the start of the morning television broadcast.
