The Berlin influencer Ron Bielecki (25) is to pay a fine of 480,000 euros. But he doesn’t want to. In court, the blonde D-celebrity said: “Other people have earned money from me, I am completely innocent!”

Tiergarten District Court. Criminal case 285b Cs 182/22. It’s about online casino games that are banned in Germany.

The influencer is said to have taken part, filmed it and advertised it. The crime occurred from October 15, 2021 to May 2, 2022, and 51 individual crimes are alleged. The investigation was sufficient for a penalty order, issued on November 17, 2022: 120 daily rates of 4,000 euros each.

The Berlin judiciary therefore believes that the young man has a net income of 12,000 euros per month – at least. Ron Bielecki objected. Hence process.

His job? “Youtuber and entertainer.” White damask shirt, jeans, elegant suede chucks. The blonde curls are tightly bundled into a ponytail.

Who is Bielecki?

Considered the inventor of the “beer tornado” (swirling a bottle and emptying it in one go). Was “Venus ambassador” (erotic fair, the first man ever). Is a fitness and lifestyle influencer. Evil tongues claim that his true passion is simple: smoking, alcohol, women.

In show-off photos, he smiles and throws wads of money into the blender. In the video, he insults a man: “I’ll piss out 1500 euros, you low earner!” In the scene he is considered a “party eccentric”.

Despite his young age, he claims to have drunk as much as a large Kudamm apartment costs (probably champagne).

INNOCENT?

“Others enriched themselves from his YouTube channel, made pirated copies and uploaded them with advertising text,” says his lawyer, Dr. Nik Sarafi. “The public prosecutor’s office assumes that he is the operator of the YouTube channels, but they cannot prove this. Even though she had a year to investigate. My client was only on Twitch and showed how he plays. Others enriched themselves at his expense and generated high clicks with his pictures.” The people behind it are based in the USA.

The public prosecutor (sceptically): “How realistic is it supposed to be that strangers on YouTube made money from him?”

The lawyer: “He doesn’t have to prove anything here. You have to prove to him that it was him.”

The judge suspends the trial because an investigation needs to be carried out. New date: 2024.
