The Regional Song Contest is in full swing in our province. That’s why we’re curious about your favorite Dutch song. Maybe you would choose Blood, sweat and tears or Banger hart? Of course it can also be a recently released song.
This afternoon a new candidate will be presented who will participate in the North Holland regional song festival. It is the first time that this provincial song festival is being held and is intended to give home-grown music and musicians a nice stage.
We are currently halfway through the preliminary rounds of the regional song festival. A winner will be chosen from all candidates, who will represent us during the national final on November 4. Het Verbondt, Nienke, Jeroen Weerdenburg and Dean Presley have already introduced themselves to us. As of this afternoon, Kimberly will also join this list. She introduces herself in an article.

The three candidates with the most votes will compete against each other on October 23 in Theater De Liefde in Haarlem. The number one will represent us in the national final.
