Cristiano Ronaldo performance in front of the home crowd in the city of Faro was left without a result as Celta Vigo thrashed Al-Nassr 5-0 in a training match played on Monday night.
The ineffective Ronaldo was on the field for the first 45 minutes until he was replaced at halftime. Rafael Benítez all of Celta’s goals came in the second half.
The player who joined the club from Inter made his first appearance in Al-Nassri’s ranks Marcelo Brozovic.
Al-Nassr will face Benfica next. The match will be played on Thursday.
