The deceased person who was found last night in a house in Meppel did not die as a result of a crime. This is reported by the police this afternoon.
The police conducted an investigation in and around the house on Woldstraat yesterday and today. The area around the house was cordoned off to secure traces.
The investigation therefore concluded that no crime had been committed. The police will not share more information.
