Serbian racket Novak Djokovic, who became the champion of the French Open and became the most successful male tennis player of all time, lagged behind Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer in income outside the court.
Djokovic, who broke the record by winning 10 US Open, 7 Wimbledon and 3 US Open titles in his career, also placing third at the French Open, and achieving a historical success as the athlete who won the most grand slam 23 times in men’s tennis, is the Swiss Swiss national who ended his active career with Spanish Nadal in his income outside the court. He has yet to beat Federer.
Djokovic, 36, who took an anti-vaccine stance during the new type of coronavirus epidemic and therefore missed the US Open and the Australian Open, surpassing his rivals in the “big three”, earned $ 170 million from his victories on the court.
Nadal, who won 22 grand slam titles but could not play at the French Open due to injury, earned 135 million dollars, while Federer, who quit tennis last year and had 20 grand slam victories, remained at $131 million.
According to Forbes’ data, Federer’s earnings were more than Nadal and Djokovic combined, in estimated revenues outside the court, without deducting taxes and managerial fees.
The Swiss racquet made a big difference with the revenue of $ 990 million outside the court until September 2022, when he announced that he quit tennis. Outside the court, Nadal earned 390 million dollars and Djokovic 340 million dollars.

Djokovic not only broke the record for the number of grand slam wins at the French Open, he also made history as the only male tennis player to win at least three titles in all grand slam tournaments.
Federer won the French Open title only in 2009. Nadal has lifted the trophy twice at the Australian Open and Wimbledon.
389 WEEKS AT THE TOP
Novak Djokovic set another hard-to-break record by staying at the top of the ATP rankings for a total of 389 weeks.
Djokovic, who surpassed Federer’s record of 310 weeks, surpassed Steffi Graf’s 377-week statistic in women.
The Serbian athlete also completed the end of the year at the top of the world classification 7 times, surpassing Federer and Nadal who did this five times each.
