The goalkeeper of PSG from Paris Sergio Rico has been induced back into a coma. Rico from Spain was seriously injured at the end of May when he was kicked in the neck by a horse.
29-year-old Rico is being treated at a hospital in Seville, which announced on Friday that Rico’s condition is deteriorating.
– Sergio Rico has been induced into a coma again and the condition remains serious. Intensive care specialists continue to observe and follow the development of the condition, the hospital told the media.
On Wednesday, the hospital said that Rico had been awakened from an induced coma that lasted 11 days. Rico’s situation was also said to be developing favorably at that time.
In the season that ended, Rico worked as a third keeper for the big club PSG. He didn’t get any playing time all season.
