Antti Aalto was injured at the end of the season party, reports Yle.

Finnish national team jumper Antti Aalto28, is preparing for the next season clearly behind the others. Yle newsthat the hill man is recovering from back surgery in May.
Aalto had told earlier To Yle, that he was injured in “side exercises”. His coach Lauri Hakola however, reveals that the hill jumper suffered a painful injury at the end of the season party in Kuopio’s Puijo.
The injury occurred when Aalto took part in a playful competition where they jumped from the junior hill wearing mini skis. Hakola does not believe that alcohol played a role.
– I have not heard of this (alcohol use), but knowing Anti, I strongly doubt it, Hakola tells Yle.
Aalto’s early season competitions are not in danger of being missed based on the coach’s words.
