Another milestone has been added to the Transfermarkt database. The 1952/53 Oberliga Süd season is now available with all detailed information. Eintracht Frankfurt became champions for the first time, although the goal difference of +13 was significantly worse than that of pursuers VfB Stuttgart (+36). FC Bayern ended the season in sixth place.
