The progressive D66 does not contribute to this fair division between women and men. Of the six ministers, that party provides two women and four men. At the VVD, the ratio is the other way around: five women to three men. Since CU and CDA have distributed the posts fairly, ten women and ten men remain at the bottom of the line. At the secretaries of state it is four to five.
