After 37 years, Lieve and Peter Goossens will finally close the door of their restaurant Hof van Cleve in Kruisem as hostess and chef-owner at the end of 2023. “We have been thinking about giving our professional life a new turn for several years now,” says Peter Goossens, who is known to be helping to open a new restaurant at Hotel La Réserve in Knokke.
