To be eligible for a new-build home, it is good to keep an eye on Funda and the social media of real estate agencies. At indebuurt we regularly pay attention to new construction projects, so follow us too! This week we want to highlight five projects for which you can still register.
Hugo de Grootlaan / Aletta Jacobslaan (Oosterheem)
New single-family homes and apartments will be built on Hugo de Grootlaan and Aletta Jacobslaan. Now they are still lawns along the street, soon it will be a long strip of houses. There are still a few single-family homes and apartments available, under the project name Heemavenue.

Zalkerbos (lake view)
Under the project name Ikaros, luxury apartments will be built in the Meerzicht district. The 54 owner-occupied apartments will be located on the Zalkerbos, near the Westerpark and the Meerzicht shopping center. If you are interested: Saturday 25 February is one information meeting.

Leidsewallen (Village)
This new construction project on the Leidsewallen is still being prepared, so you cannot register yet, but we will inform you in advance. A second building with eight apartments, two of which are penthouses, will be built on this site.

Happy Days (Oosterheem)
A whole new neighborhood is being built on a former business park along the Oostweg, now still under the name Happy Days. Single-family homes, semi-detached houses and villas will be part of this new construction project in Oosterheem in the coming years. There are still a number of owner-occupied houses available.
