No away supporters are allowed to be present at the matches Den Bosch-Willem II and Den Bosch-ADO Den Haag. FC Den Bosch reports this on Friday afternoon. The decision was made after consultation between the mayor, the judiciary, the police and FC Den Bosch.
The match against Willem II is on Sunday 26 February. The match against ADO will take place a week later.
Mass against William II
According to the club, the decision was taken ‘after things went wrong between supporters of both clubs in Tilburg earlier this season’. The match in the Kitchen Champion Division was suspended for a long time after riots in the stands. The ME then cleared the box with the supporters of FC Den Bosch.
After more than fifteen minutes of play, the match between Willem II and FC Den Bosch was halted. Supporters threw fireworks on the field and at each other. The police then decided to intervene.
