A 29-year-old man from Assen was arrested in Groningen last night. Through cameras, agents saw a possible fight in the Papengang in the center of the city.
When the man from Assen wanted to identify himself, a blackjack fell out of his jacket.
During the search, officers also found 24 balls of cocaine in his clothing.
