Kortrijk Spurs take victory at Waregem neighbors

The ambition of the Kortrijk Spurs for next season is high. The Kortrijk residents would then like to take part in the BNXT League, the highest class of basketball. The license file has now been submitted, but the Spurs also have a plan ready in the sporting field. Together with Waregem, they will train young talent and let them progress to the A-team of the Spurs.

Kortrijk starts furiously, Waregem clears the lead

Before the cooperation can start, the locals first had to compete against each other. And in that, the Spurs quickly pulled the towel. The Waregem defense had to look for an answer to the fast game of the visitors, but gradually there was improvement. At half-time, Kortrijk led by just two points: 39-41.

Individual quality
