Would you like to make a salad dressing, but you can never remember the appropriate recipe? Or the sauce seems too complicated to implement.

No worries. A chef will help Risto Mikkola.

He advises a good and easy salad dressing recipe.

No time is wasted doing it. All you have to do is add olive oil, salt, pepper and a little white or red wine vinegar to Turkish or Greek yogurt. Vinegar gives the sauce a suitable acid.

– Mix the dressing with any salad. You get foodiness, taste and texture, says Mikkola.

Yogurt sauce is also suitable for potatoes or roots. Adobe Stock / AOP
