Keeper
Until the transfer window closes, Huiberts’ attention will mainly be on a new keeper. Sem Westerveld has sustained an injury and Peter Vindahl has been loaned out. That means that Hobie Verhulst is the only keeper left in the first. “Preferably one that stops balls,” says Max Huiberts, who is currently no busier than before.

Renovations

In addition, AZ will take over women’s football from VV Alkmaar from next summer. Both clubs had already signed a letter of intent in the past.
