1. FC Nürnberg will probably be rejected by VfL Bochum’s Michael Esser

Why have a 2nd keeper in the squad at all if you don’t seem to trust him and would rather hire a 35-year-old bench presser. It’s unbelievable what’s going on in Nuremberg. Just completely demoralized the entire line of goalkeepers behind Mathenia. Well done.

It doesn’t have to mean that the new keeper will then be number 1. Reichert is a regular keeper in the second team. That means you currently have two keeper in training, but either only one for game days or massively weaken the 2nd team. So I understand that you want to get an additional option

the 2nd team does not want to be promoted and no license is applied for. so what do you want to weaken a descent is now almost impossible.

It would certainly be nice for the team to keep as high a placement as possible at the end of the season. Something like this is important for the culture in the club alone, to want to achieve the highest possible placement and not, exaggeratedly, give away the season.

To cover the whole spectrum: The topic of culture within an organization is a huge topic in US sports with tanking and drafting, for example: How do you manage the balancing act between building a winning mentality and losing, which is important in sport, for better picks.

In addition, Reichelt simply does the season well
