Nice, In what aspects do you place greater emphasis as a Psychological Consultant?
In 2016 I finished my second career. This time I was receiving Counselor (Psychological Consultant). From this point of view, I began to accompany processes of personal development, duels, couples and families, adolescents. My approach to counseling was directed at the method from the person centered approach.
Although this dynamic was efficient for me in consultation spaces, I analyzed over time that many problems manifested themselves from the family system, naturalizing lived situations, repeating consultation patterns, living without going any further the same story as some ancestor.
It was then that I decided to incorporate this new tool called Family Constellations into my life, in my particular case always taking knowledge from the individual. I choose this modality because unlike group constellations, this one allows me privacy before each consultant.
What are Family Constellations?
Family Constellations are and will be intended to work on links or emotions, unconscious repetitions, loyalties, family lineages, premature deaths, excluded people, and all those that we cannot explain on a conscious level or rather that make it difficult for us to live without apparent cause, as well Bert Hellinger calls him.
Constellations are the ideal complement where body, mind and soul work together, hence its effectiveness.
How do you implement this modality in people?
Shortly after putting this dynamic into practice, the pandemic arrived and along with it, the opportunity to expand professionally and work-wise. Everything that worked from the face-to-face, was expanded in virtuality, and together with it the World opened up to me.
I have done Family Constellations from Chile to Australia, and my personal challenge is that we can all live this wonderful experience. That we all know our history, and together with it repair what affects us.
Knowing where we come from, what things our ancestors have experienced (grandparents, parents, uncles, and everyone who is in our family tree, from the conscious) gives us from the phenomenological where we are going.
Our great opportunity is in heal and freeing us from burdens, symptoms and traumas, from our ancestors, and thus freeing our descendants.
