Belgian justice demands 27 years against Limburger for killing agent
On Monday, the Belgian Public Prosecution Service demanded 27 years in prison against Yvo T. from Schinnen before the Court of Assize in Tongeren, Belgium. A people’s jury had already convicted the 40-year-old Limburger on Friday for manslaughter on an agent in Spa in 2018, and attempted manslaughter on his colleague.
The latter because after shooting 37-year-old Amaury Delrez on August 26, 2018, he had also shot four times at agent Ghislain Schils (58). However, it was not hit.
