What will change in the laws in February 2022

From February 1, the Central Bank makes changes in the procedure for calculating the debt burden indicator (DNR) of the borrower, which make a settlement PDN for long-term consumer loans above. The measure is designed to limit the provision of loans by banks to indebted customers.

The amount of the living wage when writing off non-state debts, a citizen will have inviolable. Corresponding law comes into force on 1 February. Debtors will have the opportunity to submit an appropriate application to the bailiff service.

From February 1, the tariff in the Platon system for trucks weighing more than 12 tons for travel on federal roads will increase for 20 kop. and will amount to 2.54 rubles. for 1 km.

From February 8 grow up fines for the production of alcohol and tobacco products without labeling: they will amount to 30-50 thousand rubles. for officials (instead of 10-15 thousand rubles) and 200-300 thousand. rub. for legal entities (instead of 100-150 thousand rubles) with confiscation. For the turnover of such products fines will amount to 20,000 rubles for citizens, up to 50,000 rubles for officials, and up to 500,000 rubles for legal entities.

In addition, an article on the prohibition has been added to the Code of Administrative Offenses movement of unlabelled tobacco products – for citizens, the fine for violation will be from 15 thousand to 25 thousand rubles. Fines for the movement of unmarked alcoholic products will rise to the same level – from the previous plug of 3-5 thousand rubles.

From February 1, local authorities will have to send to Rosreestr data on emergency and demolition houses, this information will be entered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN).
