Bayer Leverkusen coach Gerardo Seoane does not rule out further cooperation with midfielder Nadiem Amiri. The former national player, who was last loaned to Serie A relegated Genoa CFC and has a contract with Leverkusen that runs until 2024, is considered a candidate for sale under the Bayer Cross and has apparently attracted the interest of Besiktas Istanbul.

“Nadiem knows that in the long run he won’t get the playing time he might want with us. If something comes up for him that convinces him, I can imagine that he will do it too. If not, then we’ll keep working,” Bayer’s head coach told the “Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger”. On Wednesday afternoon, the “Kicker” reported on Besiktas’ interest, and a first offer for the right-footed player had also been made.
