FC Bayern has won the German championship ten times in a row and is now tackling number eleven. However, the Munich team will have to do without their top striker Robert Lewandowski, who moved to FC Barcelona and scored 50 competitive goals last season.

The t-online editors don’t believe in it and are typing almost unanimously on the next Munich championship title. After all, Bayern have strengthened their squad with top-class new superstars, including Sadio Mané and Matthijs de Ligt. However, an editor also relies on a real surprise champion in Leverkusen.
The majority, however, named Borussia Dortmund as Bayern’s number one hunter and placed Leverkusen behind Leipzig. If the t-online sports editors have their way, FC Augsburg and VfL Bochum would end up at the bottom of the table as direct relegators and VfB would have to be relegated. The two promoted FC Schalke and Werder Bremen, on the other hand, would remain in the league.
