The Bershka, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius brands of the Spanish fashion group Inditex are leaving the Chinese market.
After it became known in January that the brands’ physical stores were closing, they are now also withdrawing their online shops from the Tmall platform, which belongs to the Alibaba Group. This was reported by the specialist magazine WWD. Customer service for the Tmall stores will remain active until August 31st.
The fashion group will remain active in China with the other brands Zara, Massimo Dutti, Oysho and Zara Home, Inditex confirmed to FashionUnited. Inditex will continue to focus on its established fashion offering in the market and will be represented with physical stores as well as an online offering with the brands Zara, Massimo Dutti, Oysho and Zara Home.
