Women’s Bundesliga side 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam have signed Japanese striker Mai Kyokawa.
This was announced by the six-time German champions on Wednesday. The 28-year-old comes from Japanese club INAC Kobe Leonessa and played a total of five internationals for Japan between 2012 and 2015.
At Turbine, Kyokawa meets coach Sebastian Middeke, who, however, has to cope with the departure of top scorer Celina Cerci (to 1. FC Köln).
