Last year’s semi-finalist Angelique Kerber is the only German seeded at the All England Championships in Wimbledon, which begin next Monday.
In the absence of the disallowed Aryna Sabalenka and Daria Kasatkina and the injured Leylah Fernandez, Kerber is number 15 on the seed list.
The ranking is led by French Open winner Iga Swiatek.
In the absence of world number one Daniil Medvedev and the injured Alexander Zverev, six-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic is at the top of the seeding list for men.
They are followed by Grand Slam record champion Rafael Nadal and French Open finalist Casper Ruud in second and third place.
