The European Human Rights Court blocks the deportation of one of seven migrants who wanted to put London on a first resettlement flight to Rwanda. The NGO Care4Calais reports this on Tuesday evening, shortly before the first flight is due to depart. The court, meanwhile, confirmed the decision.
