In the French city of Tours, a 4-year-old toddler survived a fall from the sixth floor of an apartment building yesterday. The child had briefly escaped his father’s attention and was said to have stumbled out the window. The toddler suffered some serious fractures, but miraculously is not in a life-threatening condition.
