TVIn ‘Homemade’ the competition shifts up a gear. Only three couples are left, to transform as many buildings into a dream home. They have three weeks to design a living room. The couples also get the chance to inspect each other’s work. Curious what they think of their competitors…

While professionals bend over the windows and roof of their premises, the couples throw themselves into laying electricity, plastering walls and choosing furniture. Interior pope Gert Voorjans comes to inspect the works and is curious about what the colorful duos have in store. From orange, over yellow to blue on the walls: the three buildings will certainly not have a boring, white living room. Or is it?

Cedric & Anaïs tell you how they are getting better and better at renovating. But then something suddenly happens that disproves their statements…

Team Blauw visits Boortmeerbeek and assesses their chance of victory. Eline: “Beautiful color choice, but poorly finished. Just like with us.”

Cedric & Anaïs are not completely prepared for an unexpected visit from their colleagues, but of course Eline & Younes are more than welcome in their Antwerp mansion.

Team Antwerp visits the duo in Beringen. What do Cedric and Anaïs think of that house in ‘the parking lot’?

Alexia & Emiel go on a site visit to the competitors in Antwerp. Emiel: “I like that we can take a look inside the lion’s den.”

In Beringen, Eline & Younes dream aloud about their finished living room, which will be “a mix of industrial, bohemian and a touch of funky, with an Asian-Moroccan sauce”. The couple starts at the beginning: the plastering of the plasterboards. A job that seems to never end in their gigantic living room. During the visit of jury member Gert, Eline wants to show off her showpiece: a large chandelier that comes all the way into the ridge of the roof. Gert’s verdict, however, causes quarrels between the lovebirds.

Anaïs & Cedric want to extend their authentic mansion style in Antwerp to the living room. “I’m going to do things with molds that people haven’t seen yet,” Cedric announces. However, applying those molds seems easier said than done. The couple also encounters a small technical problem with their choice of paint. “I’m color blind,” Cedric said. “I really want to choose a color, but I don’t know what a color looks like.” Will their living room soon see all the colors of the rainbow?
