The third season of “LOL” (which was also an emotional reminder of the late Mirco Nonchev) has just ended when Amazon is already announcing a refill.
There will also be more episodes of the comedy format in 2023, in which several well-known comedians are locked in a beautifully furnished bunker for a few hours and only have to follow one rule: don’t laugh. The participants themselves – or some invited guests – ensure that this inevitably happens.
“‘Last One Laughing’ remains our Prime members’ all-time favorite format,” Philip Pratt, head of German Originals at Amazon Studios, said in a statement from the streaming giant. “I’ll put it this way, if you’re already lying on the ground laughing and think it’s no longer possible, the fourth season comes from somewhere,” added Herbig.
LOL Season 4 is coming Spring 2023
Who is in the fourth infusion of the show, which has always included six episodes per round, remains secret for the time being. It is clear that the show will be recorded this year and will run in the spring of next year.
