The accident happened around 4:45 p.m. For unknown reasons, the car and the cyclist collided. Emergency services quickly arrived on the scene to provide first aid.
The cyclist was taken to hospital with unknown injuries. A police spokesperson cannot yet say anything about the nature and severity of the injuries.
