Moscow oil refinery hit again: oil tank lid flies tens of meters into the air

Ukraine carried out a large-scale drone attack on Moscow and other parts of Russia on Wednesday night. An oil refinery in the capital Moscow was hit for the second time this week. According to Russian authorities, 194 drones were intercepted. No casualties were reported in Moscow. Ukraine has not officially confirmed the attack.
