The well-to-do restaurant Bursalad, chosen as the best burger place in Finland, is now attracting customers in droves. The large number of customers has brought with it an unpleasant mild phenomenon.
The yard of the small 14-seater vertical grill is filled with cars, and there is not enough parking space for everyone. Iltalehti visited the restaurant last week, when cars were parked along the driveway. Now the owners of Bursalad are reminding customers on his Instagram accountthat this is not allowed.
– Under no circumstances will they be parked along Pavinmäenkatu. It’s a winding road and the visibility is poor in terms of oncoming traffic, when you want to pass the barbecue that is so dear to us, write Laura and Pekka Mäkinen.
Cars must also not be left on the footpath behind the grill on both sides, as they prevent residents from leaving their homes.
The owners say that they have already been in contact with Hyvinkää municipality regarding the parking lot signs.
In the future, cars can be parked in the restaurant’s yard, in the parking lot of Riemurinte daycare located opposite, and on nearby side streets on the side where it is allowed.
– This problem can also be solved with good cooperation. Even though we are the best in Finland, we are still not a Christmas country.
