The Münster Higher Administrative Court has postponed the hearing on the Geißbockheim development plan scheduled for Thursday. The OVG announced that a statement submitted at short notice by opponents of the expansion on the subject of species protection must first be examined. A new date for this final decision has not yet been set.
Oliver Seeck from the Cologne SPD, who was also chairman of the sports committee, sharply criticized this approach. “The cancellation left me stunned and, to be honest, deeply frustrated,” said Seeck. “I have no doubt that species protection issues also need to be taken seriously. But what is happening here is a systematic blocking of a process that has been going on for over twelve years.”

Huseinbasic transfer perfect: FC gives away eighth player
