Kerstin Otto is retiring – STARDUST GmbH is taking over care of the area.

After many successful years at GANG, Chini & Company, Kerstin Otto is saying goodbye to her well-deserved retirement on June 30, 2026. At the same time, STARDUST GmbH, led by Jens C imander, will take over the support of the Germany EAST sales region in the future.

GANG has much more in common with the change than just a personnel change. It is the transition of a partnership that has grown over the years – characterized by trust, personal closeness and a shared passion for trading.

“Roberto Chini entrusted me with East Germany many years ago – I am still very grateful for that today,” says Kerstin Otto. “Together we were able to experience many successful years, build strong partnerships and continuously develop the GANG brand in retail.”

The focus was always on close cooperation with retail partners: “At GANG we always do everything we can to give our retailers a good feeling about the brand and to build long-term relationships. That’s exactly what has always made GANG special for me.”

Kerstin Otto would like to expressly thank Roberto Chini for his many years of trust and loyalty as an entrepreneur and person, as well as all teams within the company for their cooperative partnership over many years.

“My greatest thanks go to our dealers in the EASTERN area. Many of these encounters will stay with me long after my professional career.”

With STARDUST GmbH, an experienced agency established in the fashion sector will take over the area from July 1st, 2026. Jens C imander and Franci Dähn-Wollenberg have more than 30 years of experience in the fashion business. The agency operates showrooms in the Grünberger Höfe Berlin and in the Glashaus Schkeuditz and supports brands such as Petrol Industries and Deeluxe, among others.

“We are very much looking forward to working with GANG and to continuing the successful development in the OST area together,” explains Jens C imander. “Personal support, trust and partnership-based cooperation with retailers are our top priority.”

In the future, GANG will remain true to its clear brand DNA: Italian roots, passion for denim and trouser expertise as well as a partnership at eye level. The family-run fashion brand was founded in 1994 by Roberto Chini and stands for “fashion that fits perfectly”.

With the handover, GANG is consciously relying on continuity, personal proximity and long-term partnerships in retail.
