Several people from the Jewish community in the Netherlands stood up to protest on Saturday at the concert of Kanye West, now Ye. The controversial rapper is allowed to perform in the Gelredome despite previous anti-Semitic statements. The initiators are strongly against this and want to make a statement at the main entrance of the stadium at the first concert on Saturday. Where the demonstration may take place has yet to be determined by the municipality of Arnhem. Kanye West’s performances are banned in Italy, Poland and England. In the Netherlands he is currently allowed to give a concert on Saturday and Monday.
