Sivas judokas Belinay Kavak, Yusuf Emir Yanık and Yiğitalp Çakır will take to the tatami on behalf of Türkiye in the Junior Balkan Judo Championship to be held in North Macedonia.
Judoka from Sivas will take to the tatami with their national jerseys at the Junior European Balkan Judo Championship, which will be held in North Macedonia on 5-7 June.
Judokas from Sivas are among the athletes who will represent Türkiye. In the championship, Belinay Kavak at 57 kilos, Yusuf Emir Yanık at 55 kilos and Yiğitalp Çakır at 73 kilos will compete for medals.
Sivas Judo Coach Fatih Akşin stated that they will move to North Macedonia and said that the athletes have been preparing for this organization for a long time. Akşin said, “We are going to North Macedonia for the Junior Balkan Championship. Our athletes will fight to represent our country in the best way.”
