In the organization held in the capital Paris, Zeynep Sönmez and German Tatjana Maria faced the Ukrainian couple Anhelina Kalinina-Dayana Yastremska in the second round.
In the first set, where they were 2-0 behind, Zeynep tripped over an advertising sign and fell while running to catch the ball.
Zeynep, who was intervened by the medical team, had to withdraw from the match after suffering an injury.
