The Belgian mine hunter BNS Primula left the naval base in Zeebrugge for the Mediterranean. There are 40 soldiers on board who will take part in a NATO mission in the coming months. It is not yet clear exactly how long the assignment will last and where the ship will ultimately be deployed.
