From US President Donald Trump’s point of view, the status of negotiations on a possible end to the Iran war is not yet satisfactory.
In a meeting of his cabinet at the White House, the Republican said Iran was very determined: “They definitely want to make a deal.” The US government is not “satisfied” with this, but will be later. Trump renewed the threat that they would either make a deal or keep fighting – he spoke of then “finishing the matter.”
Trump: Don’t talk about easing Iran sanctions
According to US President Donald Trump, the USA is currently not offering Iran any easing of sanctions in negotiations to end the war. “No, we are not talking about any easing of sanctions,” the Republican said at the Cabinet meeting in the White House. At the moment, we also continue to have control over funds that Iran claims for itself. Trump was asked by a reporter whether the US was considering easing sanctions against Iran so that the country could sell its crude oil again.
