COLOGNE/CURITIBA (dpa-AFX) – The engine manufacturer DEUTZ has taken over the generator manufacturer Maxi Trust Power in Brazil. The Cologne-based company announced late on Wednesday evening that the total purchase price was in the mid double-digit million euro range. Deutz is taking on debt for the takeover. Completion is expected in the current second quarter. According to the information, Maxi Trust Power is a manufacturer of diesel and gas generators.
