The Hamburg clothing supplier Tom Tailor GmbH presented a new management structure for its sales area on Monday. According to its own statements, the company is responding to the “dynamic market changes” with this measure. The aim is to create the conditions to “consistently use synergies, optimize processes and effectively exploit growth potential”.
As part of the reform, three proven managers were given additional tasks. Iris Donecker, who has been working for the company since 2007, will be responsible for the entire stationary wholesale business in Germany as Director WHS Germany. In this role, she will “bring together the showroom, vertical WHS and key account teams,” according to a statement.
As Director Retail Fullprice DACH & Outlet International, Stefanie Bollin heads “the merged retail areas Fullprice Deutschland, Fullprice Alps and Outlet International”. By bundling these areas, “synergies will be used and processes will be harmonized in order to sustainably develop retail activities,” said the clothing provider.
Nicolas Chazal is responsible for e-commerce as Director Online. In this role, he is responsible for the brand’s own online shop as well as the digital platform business.
At the same time, the company announced that the marketing department would be integrated into the brand department in the future. As Director Brand, Reinhard Müller will now be responsible not only for all product areas, but also for marketing. “Through the closer integration of product and marketing, processes will be further optimized and the Tom Tailor brand will be positioned even more consistently,” it said in a statement.
CEO Gernot Lenz explained the objective of the reforms. “With this new structure, we are creating clear responsibilities, bundling competencies and specifically building on internal, high-performing managers,” he explained in a statement.
